HOW-TO Load SSL Certificates with SAP Transaction STRUST

Deploying the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for connecting to SAP has become a common requirement. For best results, you should obtain an SSL certificate signed by one of the major certification authorities (CAs). Only a limited set of certification authorities are pre-defined in SAP, but you can load other authorities into the system using the transaction STRUST. The following procedure will allow you to use low-cost CAs such as GoDaddy.com to obtain your SSL certificate for your SAP system.
