Management
Tom O’Gorman
CEO
At Cohesion, Tom is focused on strategy, product marketing, sales and business development. Prior to joining Cohesion, Tom served as VP of Professional Services at SeeBeyond Technology Corporation, a composite application provider. Prior to SeeBeyond, Tom served as Vice president and General Manager for BrightStar Information Technology Group, Inc., where he was responsible for North American E-Business Operations. At BrightStar, Tom managed over 500 consultants and in excess of $100 million in revenue. Prior to that, he was a founder and Vice President of SCS America, LLC, which was acquired by BrightStar in 1998, as part of a successful IPO. Before SCS, Tom spent 3 years at SAP America as Director of Professional Services and 3 years at ASK Computer Systems. Tom holds a BA (Honors) in Business from St. Mary’s College in California, is recognized at the CPIM Level by APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) and has a Diploma in Procurement and Materials Management from the IIPM in Ireland.
Carl Dunlap
President
Carl Dunlap is President of Cohesion, Inc. Carl has 14 years of experience with Enterprise Applications, including 13 years of SAP experience. Cohesion, Inc., implements SAP for Global 1000 Life Sciences customers in North America and Europe and provides full implementation services for Small and Midsize Enterprises. Carl also represents Ki Solutions re-seller business as the Vice President of Operations on the East Coast. Prior to Ki Solutions, Carl held the title of Director of Solutions Engineering at GCS – coordinating all pre-sales activities in North America. Carl is a recognized expert in SAP Quality Management (SAP QM) and has worked on over 25 projects for Fortune 1000 customers worldwide. He is often called upon to speak at SAP conferences including SAPPHIRE and ASUG. Carl has also worked as a Senior Business Development Manager for Plumtree Software. Prior to Plumtree, Carl held the position of Business Development Manager for BrightStar’s SAP ERP practice. Carl came to BrightStar through the acquisition of TBQ Associates, Inc. where he was the President and co-founder. Before founding TBQ, Carl was employed as a Senior Logistics Consultant for SAP America. While at SAP, Carl was vital to the creation of the SAP University Alliance Program. Carl holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Productions and Operations Management. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Chico.
